As a long-time real estate investor who buys, fixes and sells residential houses, I often work with skilled craftsmen like contractors and handymen. I’ve been building relationships with these professionals over the last few years. They work on just about anything. Plumbing, electrical, plaster and drywall hole repairs, computers, wireless networks, you name it. As a do-it-yourself guy myself, I do many of these things for my own family and I work on the properties we buy and sell. Sometimes, when I need help, I will use these professionals to assist me with my projects.

We realized recently that this group can be a service to the local community; to have these people ready to work to help you help yourself with short notice.  That’s why we’ve created this service that helps bring their resources to you through us.

When you use this service, you will work directly with me, and when required by the project, a fully licensed PA home improvement contractor or a PA licensed general contractor will work directly with you. In all cases you would work and pay directly with the person doing the project. Personally, I do many of the smaller projects & the computer work myself. For larger projects or emergency services, our partners step in whenever they are needed.
